From May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as "RODO", "ORODO", "GDPR" or "General Data Protection Regulation").

The Administrator declares that he attaches great importance to the issue of privacy users.

Therefore, we would like to inform you about the fulfillment of the rules set out in the above-mentioned regulation:

  1. Data administrator:
    The administrator of Users' personal data is Systemy Informatyczne Małgorzata Szlag with its registered office in Barska 12/28 street, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, NIP 7342861134, REGON 121118624, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator".
  2. Purpose of data processing:
    We collect only basic data (e.g. newsletter, contact form, filing a complaint or an order) to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the Services provided electronically, making settlements with the User and legally justified marketing purpose, as well as for other legally permissible purposes.
  3. Recipients of personal data:
    In some situations, we have the right to transfer your data if necessary, so that we can perform our services. We will only share data with three groups: persons authorized by us, our employees and associates who must have access to data to perform their duties, to processors to whom we will commission this task to other data recipients, e.g. couriers, banks, insurers, law firms or Internet service providers.
  4. Transfer of personal data:
    The administrator does not transfer personal data to other countries, in particular outside European Economic Area, or international organisations.
  5. Data processing time:
    The basis for the processing of personal data is the voluntarily expressed consent to them processing. Personal data may be processed as long as the consent is not revoked.     Each person to whom the personal data relates has the right to submit an objection to the Administrator against the processing of your personal data.

  8. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data:
    If the processing of personal data is based on a voluntary consent, each data subject has the right to withdraw consent.

  9. Deletion of personal data:
    Each person to whom the personal data relates has the right to submit a request to the Administrator delete your personal data. However, such a request cannot cause negative effects effects in the functioning of the Administrator (e.g. proper performance of services, consideration complaint), and may not be in conflict with applicable regulations (e.g financial and accounting reporting).

  11. Submission of a complaint to the supervisory authority:

Entities commissioning commercial mailings do not have access to the data contact details of persons on the Administrator's address lists. Commercial information is filtered to the extent possible, their volume is limited and they are sent sporadically.

II. The administrator makes every effort to provide all physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not visit the websites, do not subscribe newsletters belonging to the Administrator and not to purchase products and services offered by websites belonging to the Administrator.
